The arch ice pack contains 2 ice packs and 1 wrap, measuring 15.8 inches by 3.5 inches. Each ice pack features a Velcro closure on the back, allowing for easy attachment and hands-free application on areas such as the ankle, foot, hand, wrist, and elbow.
